The University of Texas Fencing Club is a Competitive Recreational Sports Club sponsored by the Department of Recreational Sports, which means we compete with other fencing organizations throughout Texas as well as at the national level. However, we are also committed to having fun. We encourage competition as a means to discover the true nature of the sport.

We offer group and individual lessons from Beginner to Advanced levels in men's and women's foil, epee, and saber. No experience is necessary. We provide all the equipment to start learning, but previously or currently competitive fencers are encouraged to bring their own.
We hope you find our website both informative and helpful!
